Chelsea Lincoln

Chelsea Lincoln is a Survey and Mapping Specialist at Florida Department of Transportation and an Adjunct Professor at the Florida State University

Chelsea has been with the Department of Transportation for just over 1 year. She graduated with dual degrees in Geography and Environmental Science from Stetson University in 2013, then proceeded to get her Master's Degree in Geography from FSU. In her short time with the Department Chelsea worked in the Image Services section as well as her newest position in the GIS/CADD section. Through her work she has created python tools, streamlined processes and expanded the co-workers knowledge of Mosaic Datasets and Imagery.

An overview of the use of Mosaic Datasets to QC, display, and manage aerial photography. This will also include how the Department of Transportation is using exports from Mosaic Datasets to distribute aerial photography through the APLUS application.
