start each SHRUG gathering and are open for any and all interested parties. A core group of roughly a dozen representatives meet to discuss operational concerns.

Why Seven Hills?

An 1885 map shows there were seven major arteries leading into Tallahassee. To approach the city from any direction one would have to travel up a hill.
