2017 Workshop Registration Dates and Prices

  • Early Registration will begin 4.24.17 - 9.22.17 at a rate of $95.00
  • Normal Registration will begin 9.23.17 - 10.31.17 at a rate of $115.00
  • Late Registration will begin 11.1.17 at a rate of $135.00 up to and including walk-in registration at the workshop.
  • Student Registration will begin 4.30.17 at a rate of $50.00 up to and including walk-in registration at the workshop. Students must have a valid student ID at the time of check in and be enrolled for at least nine semester hours.
  • Get the best bargain by registering early! We will be accepting Checks, Purchase orders, and Credit Card (VISA, MC, AE) payments again this year. Please use the following printable registration form if you need to use a P.O. or are unable to use Eventbrite. Printable Registration Form

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of your 2017 Workshop Registration is subject to the REFUND CONDITIONS outlined below.
  • By submitting your credit card information electronically, you are agreeing to the terms outlined within and/or the possibility of a partial refund due to cancellation between the listed dates.
  • In order to receive a full refund for the cancellation of your 2017 SHRUG GIS Workshop registration, express written notification of the cancellation must be emailed to cakee@leoncountyfl.gov, or sent to our mailing address below, postmarked no later than Sunday, October 8, 2016.
  • For payments received by credit card, a CREDIT will be made to the account number used for billing. All other forms of payment will receive a check mailed to the Billing Name and Address listed on the registration form.
  • All Cancellation requests postmarked after Sunday, October 8, 2017, but no later than Friday, October 27, 2017, will receive 75% of the amount of the original registration fee. The same refund methods listed above will still apply.
  • All cancellation requests postmarked after October 27, 2017, will receive 50% of the amount of the original registration fee. The same refund methods listed above will still apply.
